SOFRA

Our spread breakfast is a classic Aegean morning: the table fills with small ceramic bowls and copper pans until there's no room left for your tea glass. Everything is either prepared in our kitchen or comes from the surrounding villages of Çeşme.

Frying pan — Cigarette rolls, fritters, and gözleme, wrapped to order, arrive at the table hot.
Of the village — Tulum and Ezine cheeses, olives, tomatoes picked that week, and fresh herbs.
From the jar — Fig, sour cherry, and rose petal jams, tahini-molasses, honey and clotted cream.
From the teapot — unlimited strong tea; also fresh squeezed orange juice and Turkish coffee.
